NLP uses perceptual, behavioural, and communication techniques to make it easier for people to change their thoughts and actions. preamble of the NLP is that mostly people operate with internal “MAPS” of their physical surroundings that they learn through sensory experiences.

NLP tries to detect and modify unconscious biases or limitations of an individual’s map of the world.


a central feature of NLP is the idea that a person is biased towards one sensory system, known as the preferred representational system or PRS.


Therapists can detect this preference through language. Phrases such as “I see your point” may signal a visual PRS. Or “I hear your point” may signal an auditory PRS

How long does each therapy session take?

well as said before the therapist and healers are not magicians who can use their wand to hide something temporarily or for ever. your MAL-ADAPTIVE behaviour may have Psychological, neurotic, chemical, socio-anthropological reasons. so any therapy is a empirical process where all details are asked & processed to have a continuous flow of life events. goals of therapy are set based on these details. when you have life history before us to process just think the time to RECHANGE something to elicit functional behavioural traits.

Do you use Freudian or Jungian analysis techniques?

We use eclectic way of therapeutic interventions which are safe and time tested on our previous 5000+ clients. Is hypnosis safe?

The good news is that hypnosis is safe, effective, and works very quickly compared to other types of therapy. But, hypnosis is not a magic wand and in most cases, results won’t happen overnight.

Remember, it takes 21 days to create a new habit and then a minimum of 3-6 weekly, consecutive sessions to yield the best results. similarly PLR may be very useful & effective to deal with Karmic fragments from past while there is always no relapse of these memories once dealt at session to come back unless there a souls plan.
